Alix, Ronan & Adeline
It all started a long time ago…
It’s night time in New Zealand.
Three friends - who’ve known each other as long as they can remember, who grew up together near Paris, who’ve travelled the globe together - are talking, as friends do.
They talk about their childhood in France, and the food, ahhhhh the food. Amazing food. Especially when it’s simple. Just great ingredients, put together with care.
Then an idea... to share the food that brings back so many of their fondest memories.
Ronan’s a chef who has worked in France and Japan - he’s behind the biligs. Adeline’s a designer and takes care of the branding. And Alix - she keeps everything, and everyone, organised.
Like a great crêpe, it’s the perfect combination of ingredients.
Our manifesto
It’s just a crêpe,
but when that crêpe is crafted with passion and shared amongst friends,
when it’s simply made from local, seasonal ingredients,
when it’s made with respect for our bodies and the planet,
when the people making it are inclusive,
when the business making it supports those in need
then that crêpe makes the world a better place.
We’re making the world better, one crêpe at a time.
